George began his real estate career in Jacksonville, Florida in the early 1970s. He moved to Charlotte in 1985 as General Manager with Koger Properties, Inc., a national developer of office parks. George was responsible for the development, leasing, marketing and management of two Koger Office Parks in the Charlotte market.

Joining Percival’s Inc. in 1995, George began to focus on full service commercial brokerage for his clients. Areas of emphasis are land and investment sales involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, advisory services, and tenant representation.

With the forming of Linville Real Estate Services, LLC in 2005, George’s goal is to continue to provide his clients with the utmost in professional representation.
